Dr. Andrew Lee, PhD

Andrew is from the UK and has lived and worked in Europe, Australia, Middle East and the US.

He was a board member of the UNITE Group, one of the UK’s top 200 businesses and Chairman of a high-tech biometrics firm in England. He was a senior coach at the Alexander Corporation, the UK’s leading executive coaching practice and has consulted with McKinsey and Company and Boston Consulting Group.

Andrew has consulted with the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge and at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is a member of the Institute of Group Analysis and holds two master’s degrees and a doctorate in organizational change.

In 2017, he established Arts International, with investment from Andrew Lloyd Webber. Arts International works with leading performers from theatre, film, and TV to inspire the “C skills for the C suite” (Confidence, Collaboration, Creativity and Compassion) in students and executives.

Andrew lives in Windsor and has one grown up son, Harry.
